The Ministry and Personnel Committee is a mandatory committee set out in The Manual of The United Church of Canada. 

It is the committee which supports the minister and staff members.

It is also the go-between with the congregation if issues arise with the ministry staff.

It performs human resource functions such as job descriptions, performance reviews and ensures a good work environment. 

At EMUC, there is a committee member who liaises with each staff member. 

The members are:
