The Inspire Initiative

Erin Mills United Church is proud of our long history of serving the people of our community. Over the years, our congregation has matured, people have moved away, and the community has continued to grow and change. To address the changing times and dynamics, the congregation spent time discerning who we are as a church and how we could best respond to our community neighbors’ interests and needs. We are deeply passionate to further develop meaningful relationships with the community. Our four core values (spiritual living, openness to all, helping others, connection and friendship) which represent who we are, are the foundation to develop new initiatives with our community and promote shared experiences. Since the initiation of Inspire, there have been several exciting activities implemented and we look forward to working together with our community partners.

Any individual or group from the congregation or from the community may suggest projects or events.  Each suggestion is considered by the Inspire Team.  If there is a need and a good fit with EMUC's values, the project or event may be approved and moved forward collaboratively.  Please complete the Idea Submission Form and send it to any member of the Inspire Team.
